Adhering strictly to Florida state regulations, including those enforced by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), we operate as a strictly non-medical agency. Therefore, all support provided is 'hands-off'; our staff does not assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, or toileting. To ensure compliance and safety, we also do not assist with medical tasks or physically lifting/transferring clients. Our focus remains on companionship and homemaking, not clinical care.
