At Homesit LLC, we are looking for future franchise owners who will represent our brand in the most positive light and dedicated to exceeding the bar set in the home health care services industry.
We are looking to partner with business professionals who are able and willing to learn our systems and work within the specific parameters of our business in this new franchise opportunity .
As a franchisee, it is important to understand time, money, and most of all our reputation plays a major role in ensuring the right fit. It is necessary to thrive in elevating non-medical services for the independence, safety and support of all clients.
As a franchisor, we are looking for the following potential franchisees;
- Capital: You must have a minimum net worth and liquid capital requirement. There is also a demand for cash availability beyond the minimal initial costs of our franchise like the length of time it will take for your business to start making money plus living expenses during the start-up phase. At this time we are unable to accept financing options to help qualify for short capital. Being in debt is not our goal in helping you become successful.
- Personality: There are important personality characteristics we desire for successful franchisees. For example, are you willing to follow our systems? Or are you the type of person that desires to create your own system to do things your way? Do you enjoy working with adults and elderly people? Are you focused and decisive? Do you enjoy solving problems? Can you work under extreme stress? Are you willing to work hard? These are just a few questions we desire you to ask yourself to determine if you qualify as a successful franchisee and if this is a good fit.
- Skills: If you enjoy working with people, chances are your skills are closely related to your personality. Experience is the mother of all teachers. But in this case, it is easier to train a franchisee on our franchisor system without industry experience because it is difficult to "un-train" a franchisee who has ideas that may conflict with our system and the way it works. It is easier to train less experienced franchisees. Your overall life experience is what will make you stand out as an industry leader.
