1. Call the 24/7 Emergency Line

2. State Your Emergency or Discharge Status
- Clearly inform the on-call coordinator if you are managing an immediate hospital discharge, a sudden gap in care, or a post-surgery stability issue.
3. Provide Critical Client Information
- Be ready to share the client's name, age, physical location, and immediate safety or mobility needs.
- Complete the HCS Agreement, Client Disclosures, administrative fee and initial payment to begin services.
- Confirm that the client is medically stable (non-clinical support only).
4. On-Call Assessment & Companion Dispatch
- Our coordinator will review active care plans or immediate needs to match the client with an available, vetted companion.
- We prioritize immediate senior /adult homemaker and companionship services to ensure safety and domestic stability within 2 to 4 hours.
5. Care Plan Activation & Confirmation
- Once a companion or homemaker is deployed, you will receive a confirmation text or call with the companion’s name and estimated arrival time.

Our companions organize non-medical routines, set up medication reminders as prescribed by doctors, and assist with immediate mobility needs. - Step 5: Ongoing Stability & Homemaker Support
We handle light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal errand running to prevent physical overexertion and reduce the risk of hospital readmission.
